How often should I schedule heating system maintenance for my home?
Schedule maintenance twice per year, once for heating and once for cooling. Our maintenance plans include one Heating (Fall) Maintenance Service and one Cooling (Spring) visit. Members get priority customer status, reduced after‑hours fees, repair discounts, and 24‑hour emergency service if issues arise between visits. We serve Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
